STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges are allowed only for defective items or items that are incorrect.
*Exchange for incorrect sizing is only available for MON QUIN's THE WEEKENDER Collection.
Exchanges are limited to one per item.
Note: Exchanges or refunds based on personal preferences are not permitted. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If your item(s) is defective or wrong, email us at general@monquin.com with the subject title: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
ORIGINAL CONDITION
We value hygiene and customer safety, so please do your best to handle and repackage products with care. Items must be returned to us in their original state - unused, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume, or any stains and with all original tags and/or ribbons attached. All products will be inspected upon their return to our warehouse.
Mon Quinn reserves the right to reject return request that does not meet the above criteria. Returns that does not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.
RETURN OUTCOMES
Returned items are eligible for a store credit or exchange. Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. Where unavailable, store credits will be offered in replacement.
Exchange for something different: Exchange your unwanted item(s) for anything across our website Any additional cost will be paid by the customer upon submitting the return. If the item you choose costs less than the amount of the returned item you may store it as store credit. NO refund policy is applied.
STORE CREDIT
Any store credit you receive will be valid for 12 months from the date it is credited to your account.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order within Malaysia and 10 days outside Malaysia .
